Terms of service

The agreement between you and EcomPlug when you create an account, order a service, pay in crypto or refer other businesses.

Last updated 8 October 2026

Draft pending legal review. This text describes how EcomPlug works today. It will be reviewed by counsel before launch, and material changes will be announced in your portal.

1.Who we are and who these terms cover

EcomPlug (“EcomPlug”, “we”, “us”) operates ecomplug.online, a marketplace for growth and operations services for online businesses. The contracting entity and its registered address will be stated here once confirmed by counsel.

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account (“you”). You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use EcomPlug for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.

2.Your account

You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who controls it can sign in as you. Tell us immediately at support@ecomplug.online if you think your account was accessed without your permission.

Give us accurate information and keep it current. One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.

3.Ordering services

Each service page states the price in US dollars, what is included, the expected turnaround, what we need from you, the refund window and known risks. That page, as it stood when you paid, forms part of your order. Quoted services are priced in a written quote that you accept before paying.

Turnaround times are good-faith estimates. Many services depend on decisions by third-party platforms (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, PayPal, Trustpilot or a bank). We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee their outcomes, unless a service page expressly says otherwise.

You must provide the information listed in the order’s requirements form. Work starts once payment is confirmed and the requirements are complete. We never ask for passwords, two-factor codes or card numbers.

4.Prices and crypto payments

All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment in the stablecoins and native coins listed at checkout, on the networks listed there. Each invoice shows the exact amount, asset, network and a deposit address created for that invoice.

  • Stablecoin invoices are valid for 60 minutes; native-coin invoices for 20 minutes, at a USD rate locked when the invoice is created.
  • An invoice is paid only when the transfer reaches the network confirmation threshold we display.
  • You pay any network or exchange fees. If an exchange deducts its fee from your transfer, the invoice may show a balance to top up.
  • Sending a different asset, using a different network or sending to an expired invoice may delay your order. We review such payments manually and may not be able to recover assets sent on an unsupported network.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Check the address, asset and network before you send.

5.Refunds and disputes

Refunds follow our refund policy and the refund terms on each service page. Raise a problem from the order page within the service’s refund window. Approved refunds are paid in stablecoins to a wallet address you confirm.

6.Partner program

Every account includes a referral link. When a business you referred pays for an order, you earn the commission rate shown for that service plus your tier bonus. Commission becomes available after delivery and the service’s refund window, and is reversed if the order is refunded or cancelled.

  • Payouts are sent in stablecoins to a wallet you register, subject to the minimum payout shown in your partner portal.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading promotion, spam and bidding on EcomPlug brand terms are not allowed.
  • We may withhold or reverse commission earned in breach of these rules and close partner access.

7.Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may refuse, pause or cancel any order that would break the law, a platform’s rules in a way we do not support, or that policy. If we cancel for that reason before starting work, we refund what you paid.

8.Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made by third-party platforms, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Suspension and closing your account

You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, sanctions requirements or legal obligations. Orders already in progress are completed or refunded, and available partner balances are paid unless they were earned in breach of these terms.

10.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your portal at least 14 days before they apply to new orders. The governing law and venue will be confirmed by counsel and stated here before launch.
