1.Refund windows
Every service shows its refund window and refund terms on its page, from 1 day for account supplies to 30 days for case-based work. The window starts when the order is marked delivered.
The terms on the service page when you paid are the ones that apply to your order.
2.When we refund
- Before work starts: cancel from the order page for a full refund.
- We can’t deliver: if we can’t deliver what the service page describes, you get a full or proportional refund.
- Partial delivery: on volume orders we refund the undelivered part.
- Overpayments: anything above the invoice amount (over $1) is refunded on request.
3.When we don’t
- When a third-party platform makes a decision we can’t control, and the service page says the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
- When work is complete as described and the refund window has passed.
- When the order can’t go ahead because the requirements you gave were inaccurate or incomplete, for the work already done.
- For network or exchange fees you paid to send the payment.
4.How to ask
Open the order and choose Report a problem, or reply in the order thread. Tell us what’s wrong and what you expected. We answer within 2 business days. If you disagree with the outcome, ask for a review and a second team member will look at it.
5.How refunds are paid
Refunds are calculated in US dollars and paid in USDT or USDC to a wallet address you confirm, on a network you choose from those we support. We don’t send refunds automatically to the address a payment came from, because exchange deposit addresses often can’t receive them.
Approved refunds are usually sent within 5 business days. You’ll see the transaction hash on the order.
6.Wrong token or wrong network
If you send an asset or network we didn’t ask for, our finance team reviews it. Where we can recover it, we apply it to your order or refund it, less any recovery costs. Some combinations can’t be recovered.
