Acceptable use policy

• Write, buy or post fake reviews or ratings on any platform.
• Create, alter or supply documents, including utility bills, IDs, bank statements or proof of address.
• Act as or arrange nominee directors, nominee shareholders or straw owners to hide who controls a business.
• Help anyone get around a sanction, a law-enforcement action or a platform ban for fraud.
• Take passwords, two-factor codes or card numbers from you.

• Use our services to promote or sell anything illegal where you or your customers are.
• Advertise prohibited products, or make claims a platform forbids, through accounts or assets we provide.
• Pay with funds from crime, or from people or places under sanctions.
• Give us false information, or pose as someone else.
• Abuse the partner program: self-referrals, fake sign-ups, spam, misleading ads or bidding on EcomPlug brand terms.
• Harass our team, or try to access accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours.

Some services involve accounts, assets or appeals on platforms with their own terms. Each service page explains the relevant platform rules and risks. You’re responsible for how you use what we deliver.

We may refuse or cancel orders, reverse partner commissions, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. If we cancel an order before work starts, we refund what you paid unless the payment itself breaks this policy.
